I don't know about the current form of the American team but Mexico needed penalties to beat Costa Rica in the quarterfinals and overtime to (barely) beat Haiti in the semifinals, so I certainly wouldn't discount the possibility of then losing to their fierce northern rivals - wouldn't be the first time!
Odds on that double are 4/1.
