No I don't think Jimmy is a horrible person. He's a likeable character. He has charisma which most sociopaths do. I just think that Jimmy isn't the good guy in all this. He never was. That's what this show is showing me. He repeatedly chooses to breaks the rules, he is unprofessional. In every situation Jimmy makes a choice. Chuck didn't cause Jimmy to do anything that Jimmy has done.
In my opinion Chuck is a far better person than Jimmy will ever be. Chuck is morally superior to Jimmy. Chuck was always going to be successful stand up guy. Jimmy was always going to be the slippery morally bankrupt guy.
But I still love this show. I still feel sympathy for Jimmy. But I also feel sympathetic towards Chuck as well.
