Completely different game if Carey stumps vd Dussen when he was on 4. Smith then had a chance to run him out and missed with a reasonably easy throw. Miss chances, lose games. South Africa missed none. Australia and New Zealand both have the personnel to win, but neither have gotten anywhere near a 11 man performance yet. NZ Batting is reliant on Williamson more than any other team this tournament. Guptill and Latham have done nothing. Likewise, Australia seemingly cannot get a really big total batting first - every innings has stalled. Last Night they proved that they simply cannot chase. The only side in the world over the last 5 years that has been any chop at chasing anything is India. I expect England to absolutely crush Australia. I just get this feeling they will win by about 80. For some reason though I think India v NZ will be close. I think England should be considered a very slight favourite to win against Australia. But the game will be competitive.
Guptil & Kane have great records against India so that would be their hope. Or else their bowlers causing early damages. India totally relies on its Rohit/Kohli.
