I used to play fantasy football and baseball every year, often multiple leagues. Don't play either anymore but I can appreciate how fun (and infuriating) they can be. The prior posts about using the leagues as a vehicle for keeping in touch with old friends is spot on. Even on the old IMDB board, we used to do an annual fantasy football league and it was fun and helped some of us get to know one another a little better.
