I do read the books heance the reason i brought them up. You all claim they honor and stay true to the books so thats were i step in as a fan. Whats freash about having a villian be beaten by dancing,a badass hero being trolled by a housepet or all the forced jokes? These movies are made to satisfy a wide range of audience members, not just the hardcore comic book fans that can't accept change. As long as they continue to be successful, they're going to keep doing what works. The sooner you accept that, the sooner you can move onto something else. You're not going to change anyone's mind or have any effect on the way these movies are made with your complaints and activist mentality. So just do the simple thing and find something else to watch. You'll save yourself a lot of unnecessary frustration. Thats why they will continue to be terrible and making money doesn't make them good. I m gonna continue to call them out til they learn to honor the material
