Critical consensus and public opinion largely disagrees with you.
What do you think calling them out will do exactly? You're part of a small minority with an inconsequential opinion on a message board. You're not going to change anything and they're certainly not going to learn anything from your mindless complaints.
They do honor and respect the spirit of the source material, more faithfully than many other comic book movies. They just don't use it as a strict blueprint and they pull from several different iterations from over the decades, not just a single run that you may (or may not) be more familiar with.
Lots of critics are biased i think that's clear with mcu movies. Calling them out will inform people i have that obligation. I don't expect blueprints of the books but they aren't honoring the spirt of the books maybe except Winter Soldier. All the forced jokes and humor is proof they aren't honoring anything You're just as biased against them, so what's the difference? You're not informing anyone of anything other than that you're just another troll that we can lump in with the others. No one cares what you think.
So it all comes down to the humor again. Other than that, how are they not honoring the spirit of the source material? Humor is a part of the package with these films. It's been there since the beginning and it's shown to be one of many keys to their continued success. If it ain't broke, they ain't going to fix it. Strange that you don't seem to have a problem with it in non-MCU comic book films (Aquaman, Shazam, Venom, etc.).
