I realize that some of the following were theatrically released, but most of them have turned up on TV at one time or another, and nearly all of them can (or at one time could) be found on YouTube.
Most of Disney's Silly Symphony cartoons, especially the inventive and charming "Music Land" The Goofy "How to" cartoons (especially "How to Golf"--one of the funniest cartoons ever made, IMO) The original Superman cartoons by the Fleischer studio Nearly all of the classic WB Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies An obscure little gem called Colonel Bleep Rocky and His Friends aka Bullwinkle George of the Jungle (the animated series, co-starring Super-Chicken and Tom Slick) Star Trek: The Animated Series (not really intended just for kids, imo) The Disney Afternoon (Adventures of the Gummi Bears, DuckTales, Chip & Dale: Rescue Rangers, TaleSpin, and Darkwing Duck) Tiny Toons Animaniacs Garfield & Friends Freakazoid (was that really supposed to be a kids' show?) Batman (the Animated Series) Superman (the AS) Justice League/Justice League Unlimited (the AS) Sponge Bob Squarepants
I'm not including The Simpsons or Futurama because I think they were always meant for adults. I'm also not including Family Guy, but not for that same reason; I'm not including FG because I absolutely loathe it.
