Normally this sort of thing smacks of PC desperation, but this makes business sense atleast, if you are going to bring to life the first ever Chinese superhero to a live action blockbuster for said character, with China being what the 2nd biggest market for movie or is it 1st now? makes sense to hire a Chinese actor to play them, it just plays better to that market, the rest of us may not care if they are Korean, Japanese or Vietnamese but the Chinese market would and that could be worth a hundred million dollars for all we know, so atleast it's for tangible $'s and not just so they can get a few flowery words in print and blogs that wont really amount to dick all of diddly.
