then he shouldn't be older looking then all of them. He should be the same real age, and was presumably just a toddler before the blip.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding how the blip worked. But I thought earth basically kept happening for 5 years and then all of the blipped came back after that but still from 5 years ago (in other words they jumped forward in time without aging).
