Mice & Rats are different in size, shape, behaviour and so on, Prawn & Shrimp are different in size and body types, Serpent and Snake is the same because it is just different words for the same thing though they can be used in specific manners, Turtle & Tortoise are different, Tortoises are land based and Turtles can life partially or fully in water with different shell types.

You mistake similar for same, rat & mice are both rodents, turtle and tortoise are both reptiles but saying they are the same is like saying humans and dogs are the same due to use both being mammals or dolphins and sharks are the same because they both have fins, tails and liver in the sea.
