Why it was thought it should have been prosecuted in the first place, and this is embarrassing for the police because they were the ones with the "damning" evidence, just goes to show all the establishment agendas on show as well. Lawyers got fat off Spacey so they won't care, the police claim to to work and care for the best interests of the community, and the judge would still feel morally and intellectually superior to all and everyone.

It was a witchhunt, based on semi-bogus claims and a "victimless" crime, ergo, no real crime was commited.

Spacey likely did grope this young man, and if he filmed it and let it go on for 3 minutes for amusement to show others, he was wasn't distressed and in command of his own decisions. I know I wouldn't let anyone do that to me for 3 seconds if I was uncomfortable with it, even if I was 18 and drunk. This dude had his mother up in arms because of her own standing and she likely wanted to be the one to bring Spacey down.
