Sounds like she's lazy when she's not the focus of a movie, something which I don't think should be rewarded personally, Portman isn't a bad actress but she isn't a great one either, I don't think she ever brings more to the role than what's on the page, like has she ever elevated a role by her performance? I haven't seen it myself.
