Of course, there is no guarantee that the events that unfolded in that timeline would be duplicated in the "original" timeline, so those memories would be pretty useless in any other timeline.

And since there was no mention of a prior timeline in the movie, nor was there any mention of a prior timeline Nebula existing at a point in time chronologically ahead of the other timelines, it is safe to presume they do not exist.
