While the Simpsons taught us that "stupid babies need the most attention," reykahuka is a stupid adult. Best tactic is to do the opposite and simply ignore him/ her/ it. I think the 3 seconds rule makes it the fastest sport of the like kind. I sometimes see a game when it is posted on youtube or on any website. It has much faster transition game and it requires more skills & accuracy because there's aint any backboard.
