Has Wakanda completed a manned Moon mission?

Naw but I know for a fact that M’Baku has been to Uranus.

He pulled something out of his pants and drilled deep into Uranus.

I don’t know what he was looking for but I imagine he was satisfied when his mission came to completion.

He definitely left Uranus a savagely destroyed mess though.
