Katz's Deli is still open?
That's amazing!
So many famous delis have closed down, e.g. Carnegie's, 2nd Avenue, and others.
And kosher restaurants such as Glucksterns.
There was even a kosher Chinese restaurant (sorry, I forget its name) that went under many years ago.
BTW, Tavern on the Green has reopened, but it's not the same as the old one.
The Crystal Dining Room has been replaced by outdoor seating.
Personally, I'd rather see views of Central Park through plate glass windows in an air-conditioned room than be eaten alive by mosquitos while sitting outdoors!
