Sweetpea, that's a pretty good list. And, I wouldn't be surprised if Italy is the country with 4 cheeses among the most popular. However, my guess is that "blue" is too general, and entries would be specifically Roquefort (France), Gorgonzola (Italy) and Stilton (UK). Right on both counts, although there is a cheese that is sold just with the name "blue" which is neither roquefort nor gorgonzola nor stilton. I guess it's generic blue cheese.
