It's kind of sad.

It's probably like those phone scams where the robot lady says she's calling about your student loans. If you don't have student loans, you hang up and forget about it, but if you do, maybe you look into it. It's attempting to target a select group of people.

This is clearly a scam aimed at a very select group: People who use Chrome and have the password sisqo291009. So those people should watch out.
