One of my favourite behind-the-scenes documentaries - unfortunately the Blu-ray contains a shortened version (over 20 minutes cut) in the special features.

Similar "making-of" docs that stand out for me are Citizen Kane, Ben-Hur (59) and Cleopatra (63).
