Blue Jays have always had fine crews, tv & (until only recently) radio alike. Dan Shulman is terrific, esp. being from here he can offer truly local flavour. Buck Martinez is technically sound & he's only off when he gets on a mini soapbox (who doesn't?), Buck is actually best when things get really improv'ish, away from the canned anecdotes. Pat Tabler is a softballer, & yet 162 games, he's most welcome. I think we're spoiled in Toronto. Jim Hughson has been the lead for Hockey Night in Canada for years now, did Jays for years prior this current era.
Our radio crew though needs work. They seem like they're covering the wrong sport, like upbeat basketball type guys forced to cover baseball.
