Yikes, not for me. Susan resembles Bette, but in terms of her acting, it was as if she was just playing herself. Susan playing Susan trying to do a Bette Davis impression. Jessica, on the other hand, really shined showing many different facets of Joan. I especially liked her drunken moments. She deserves to win awards for this performance.

They both did great. This series created great roles for women of a certain age. I hope Jessica Lange gets nominated but Susan Serandon? accepts the award on behalf of Nicole Kidman (for her role in Big Little Lies).
