The Bay Area has been extremely lucky when it comes to announcers in all the sports, my whole life. I had two Hall of Famers growing up, Lon Simmons and Bill King and a slew of greats since. Even today, we have one of the underrated basketball announcers (Tim Roye) and even Ted Robinson with the Niners is great.
