Only two really stand out in a similar fashion to what the OP describes...
-Hostel (2005)
-Hostel: Part II (2007) (but only the woman-slashing-woman scene as the rest of the movie did not bother me at all. the first movie had a stronger overall negative thing going for it a decent portion of the movie which made it overall worse)
are the only times I clearly remember being noticeably upset (not in a mad/angry way, but more of a stronger negative feeling from it) from seeing violence in movies and this was back around the time each was new. I remember Saw series might have a little bit back in the day but Hostel was clearly the stand out in the sense the OP is talking about. but it's kind of odd when you think about it... being the first movie bothered me like it did, you would think a natural reaction would be to avoid seeing further movies like that, but yet, you viewed the 2nd movie anyways. hell, not all that long ago (maybe a year or two) I remember reading some crap online that had a clear negative effect on me emotionally which is why I am definitely going to avoid reading certain stuff online in the future as that left a clear negative effect on me for a while, like even longer than the Hostel stuff did as it took longer to get over it as it's weird when I was reading it, it had this solid negative effect but somehow I kept on reading it til finished with the article on it even though it would have been wise to stop when things started bothering me etc. so basically, in short, I tend to avoid anything too much nowadays as it's not worth that kind of emotional stress. it's not something that happens for me, as like I was saying with Hostel, it's basically rare, but when it does occur, it sucks. but I think sadly, some people seek out this kind of crap if they can find it, trying to act hard etc, but all it does is mess them up.
so it seems jakesully and I are pretty much the same page. except I did not have that vomit urge, as I just remember feeling noticeably bothered by it for a while after it was over (like it stood out in a negative way as movies just don't do that to me). but I noticed the feeling of Hostel was pretty much completely missing from Hostel 2 with the exception of the woman-slashing-woman scene as the rest of Hostel 2 did not bother me at all.
but yeah, I think part of what makes Hostel etc so bad is how it's portrayed (like in the movies tone etc (just something about it)) as it just feels closer to genuine evil (which I think is why it had a clear negative effect on me) than your typical random violence in the vast majority of movies which is no big deal for me.
hell, I think even my cousin also agreed with me (who's a little younger than myself) as something about Hostel is done in a way that stands ou from the typical violence/torture scene in a movie which does not bother me.
p.s. but lately I don't really watch a bunch of random movies anymore as I have become more selective, not specifically because of the Hostel stuff, since that was quite a few years ago now, but it's getting more difficult to find quality movies that are good enough to be among my favorite movies in general.
Lets just say I stay far away from "torture porn" type films from now on.
But I suspect it's difficult to find movies that given stronger negative emotions like Hostel did that genuinely bother ones emotional state. so I suspect a large portion of that type will fall into the standard violence crap in typical Horror movies which does not bother me at all.
but I am not going to try to find other movies like Hostel, because obviously, I genuinely did not like the feeling it gave me as it was not just slightly negative, but grabbed my attention in a bad way to where Hostel will go down in a class of it's own given all of the movies I have seen.
Not exactly but that wrestling scene in Borat came pretty close.
That just put more nails in that movies coffin. but it's only one of about four movies I gave a 1/10. not in the sense the OP is talking about but I just can't stand that type of so-called comedy as it makes you want to beat the crap out of em as it reminds me of Tom Green and I cannot stand that guy's so-called comedy. but thankfully, he's pretty much disappeared a long time ago now.
but in terms of what the OP is talking about... it did not bother me at all like Hostel etc did which was clearly a worse/unique feeling for me as the Borat scene you mention was more in a nasty sense, not in a more serious strong negative emotional sense to where you feel somewhat sick (not really physically sick but it takes a toll on you emotionally which took roughly some hours for it to pass) in a way.
