No, the question is not based on either a belief that levitation is possible or not possible. The question is about one specific person and whether or not he has ever been able to levitate. The possible answers include one that covers people that think Osteen cannot levitate and the report was a hoax. Whether or not other people that are not Joel Osteen can do is a separate question. How do you figure that? If someone thinks that levitation is not possible, then the answer will automatically be no, Pastor Joel Osteen cannot levitate. No they wouldn't. An answer that Osteen cannot levitate leaves open the possibility that others can do so, even if he cannot.
