Yes, although the scenario is amazingly unlikely. Today, they could simply induce her in between games so its not an issue. You could be there during labor, and be back at the stadium with plenty of time to spare.

I remember a few years ago, Daniel Murphy missed Opening Day at Citi Field because his wife was giving birth. Everyone with a soul congratulated Daniel and didn't care that he missed the game. Boomer Esiason, on the other hand, acted like Opening Day was some sort of sacrosanct entity and Daniel Murphy's missing it was a massive slap in the face to the team, the fans and the City of New York. Boomer was rightly ridiculed for that stance.
