OT: What's the dumbest thing you've seen this year?

The dumbest thing I’ve seen all year is a moron playing with a dog and a frisbee. At a train station. And exactly what you think would happen, happened. Luckily for dog and owner, I had enough time to pull the train up. He was an insult to morons actually.
