Levy didn't adjust quickly &/or well enough to absorb that Giants' D. Wasn't there a penalty to move the kick further back? Reminds me of blaming Buckner for game 6, when the game was already tied when that happened.
Yeah, that was an NFC stretch of superiority, though the Bills apparently did have a very strong regular season record over the NFC those years.
Being up close (Buffalo has forever been Toronto's American TV portal*), I remember how little change & adaptations the Bills went through, even after winning 1, 2, & 3 times. It was insanity, trying the same things over & over & over again expecting different results.
