More seriously, the tequila worm creature from "Poltergeist II"
If anyone here has gotten sick after drinking a shot or something, you know it feels terrible. Imagine heaving up this guy...who slithers away and smiles back at you on his way out.
Who could forget "Bad Milo," the little dude who lives inside of you and crawls out of your ass to go on murderous rampages when you get angry? (This is a fun movie for horror fans...reminded me of "Slither")
Finally, something a little more obscure that really freaked me out when I saw this episode: Morty from "Tales From the Crypt: The Ventriloquist's Dummy." I don't know how many people would remember this, but those that do were likely to be creeped out as well. Good show from Don Rickles in the lead.
