Yeah. It seems to be having some attendance issues right now for various reasons. Despite some of the criticism I'm not sure if it will be a permanent thing.
It could pick up after the new attraction is completed. Sometime around the start of next year supposedly. So yeah, it might be a good time if you want to avoid overcrowding.
