That's cool you like Ordinary People too. I struggled with picking the last 2 or 3 movies to get to 20. I actually came close to listing either Foxes or Altered States, but I figured more people had probably seen Caddyshack. I use to think Ordinary people winning over Raging Bull was a huge injustice but I re-watched it recently and it's not that big of a gap for me anymore. Both are great movies in their own regards.
I hear you, they're both such great movies. I do think it was an injustice that Mary Tyler Moore didn't win the Oscar for her performance, same for Donald Sutherland. |
