David Suchet was perfect as Hercule Poirot in Agatha Christie's Poirot Vivien Leigh was perfect as Scarlett O'Hara in Gone With The Wind
William Powell and Myrna Loy where perfect as Nick and Nora in the Thin Man movie series in the 30s and 40s. There are others too but these are the once i will mention. Totally agree with you about Vivien Leigh. I love her spirit. She is the best part about the movie, imo, which I am not all that fond of. It's kind of a chore to sit through. It's not an awful movie, but it's just not my cup of tea. And Clark Gable looked so much more handsome without the moustache. For Poirot, I always liked Peter Ustinov. Albert Finney was totally overbearing. I am not familiar with David Suchet. William and Myrna were cute together.
