People who hold onto things that have zero use just because their money paid for it There's an old crt tv in the hallway that was purchased in 1999 by my roommate's son It has no use. We all want it out of here. We're constantly bumping into it, hurting ourselves. Its too heavy for anyone but him to lift. But he won't let us get rid of it because it cost him 300 dollars in 1999. He doesn't even want the tv but he doesn't want anyone else to have it either because his money paid for it He feels like if he never bought it in the first place, then he could have had that 300 dollars right now in 2019 knowing damn well if he never bought the tv, he would have spent that 300 dollars on something else That's just neurotic... oh that's nothing. He purposely buys his toothpaste, mouthwash, deodorant at Dollar Tree to be cheap in California, Dollar Tree has a competition called '99 cents only'. he told me that if 99 cents only was here in Pennsylvania, he'd go there instead of Dollar tree just to save 3 cents on those 3 items
