If I had to rub something in their faces, it wouldn't be success. Again, it just seems odd to keep harping on something you supposedly hate. I don't have any great love for the DCEU or mainstream DC characters but, I don't go over to the DCEU board to tell them that - over and over again. I don't constantly wish ruination on their franchise. I really couldn't care less what happens to the DCEU critically or financially. I mean look at this.  It's fucking bizarre. Oh, yes, the 90s, that bizarre period where they felt they had to make Aquaman cool again. I thought the 90s was his one handed, magical water-hand, long hair and beard phase? The next time I get flak for being a non-threatening, cornfed, blonde, fish whisperer, I want to be immediately made over as a tattooed Samoan war goddess. I mean like, immediately. I mean Marvel's not doing too great with Cap these days in the funnies but this... kind of embarrassing. |
