Harry was the bad guy in 2 as well. He became good as a result of amnesia, became bad, and only became good again when he had nothing to avenge. He was not an anti-hero. But in the second film, Harry teams up with Doc Ock to murder Spider-Man. That's pretty villainous. HARRY thought SPIDER-MAN was a murderer. He teamed up with DOC OCK because he thought it was the right thing to do.
