On that I must disagree. I think it will have to be brutally enforced, and it will be. Why? Um....for the rather obvious reason that many people won't swing into it. I won't swing into it. I don't even like living in the world as it is now. Do you suppose that I'll be happy living in a world set up by sick Luciferian madmen?
