jesus seen gasping for air at annual blood letting hoedown
the twenty first century
saw mormons
proclaiming a moral superiority
the likes of which
would impress
even the mujaheddin
and we're still
paying far too much
for a world glutted
by gasoline
but after two thousand years
of being propped up
by these followers obscene
you'd think jesus
would have the wherewithal
to have gleaned
enough common sense
to never ever be seen
begging for quarters
in front of the headquarters
of what might as well be
hustler magazine.
