I'm from NY where College sports are non existent but I visited Penn State with a friend once and it was awesome.

Nothing in the world (well maybe big European football matchups) can top a "White Out" game in Happy Valley. I've been to a few but I won't go again. They pissed me off when they honored Joe Paterno last year (year before?). I wanted to go to the Pitt game last week but said no.
