Harry was the bad guy in 2 as well. He became good as a result of amnesia, became bad, and only became good again when he had nothing to avenge. He was not an anti-hero. But in the second film, Harry teams up with Doc Ock to murder Spider-Man. That's pretty villainous. HARRY thought SPIDER-MAN was a murderer. He teamed up with DOC OCK because he thought it was the right thing to do. Most villains think they are the hero of their own story, believing you are in the right doesn't make what you do ok, also the fact he assumed Spidey was a murderer without any proof or reasoning and so was willing to kill first and ask questions never, him pulling a gun to shoot Spidey when he finds him over his dead father is one thing, to keep a burning hatred without ever checking to be sure Spidey did something like that is another, as is finding out daddy was the evil Green Goblin and wilfully redoing the experiment that fucked him up and turned him murderous.
