There is only two Sci-fi movies that stands out from 2012-2019...

3)Annihilation (2018) - 6-6.5/10 (same director as Ex Machina)
4)Terminator Genisys (2015)

1)Arrival (2016) - 6/10 (a mild Thumbs Up)
2)The Martian (2015)

4)Gravity (2013)
5)Life (2017) - 5/10 (Thumbs Down)

7)Interstellar (2014) - 2/10 (boring. could not finish)
I have not seen Ad Astra, yet.
p.s. it's possible my 2nd-4th could interchange but ill go with Gravity in 4th for now with the other two tied.
