Recently they started showing Batman episodes on the Independent Film Channel early on Saturday mornings. I hadn't watched the show for over fifty years.
I realized that in the 1960s perhaps I took it a bit more seriously than intended. It seems much funnier to me now. And outside the show, the only villain actor I knew back then was Vincent Price/Egghead (I was just a kid).
Favorite villain - Julie Newmar/Catwoman. There was just something about that shiny, skin-tight catsuit. 
Edit: I just remembered one morning recently I started giggling every time Chief O'Hara said something because he's such an awfully blatant stereotype.
