A+ ...my #16 all time.
Re-watches & DVD commentary helped me soak in its grandeur. Its balance between sombre dramatics & uplifting entertainment is tremendous. The more I watch it, the less self important it feels.
I feel like the Dollars Trilogy, that I love, went for fun entertainment first... & classics like John Wayne were a tad pretentious.
