Things That Drive You Nuts ??

When someone tells me, "I told you" or "I told you so".

Case in point:

On the phone with a client who orders for 2 different departments. It wasn't specified which department he was ordering for. So, I ask because I want to ensure he's getting the correct product:

He started off by saying, "I told you...."

First time, I let it go - explaining I just wanted to ensure I'm ordering for the correct department.

The next time, he did the same thing.  "I told you...."

I quickly intervene, and say, "No, you didn't."

The first couple of times I talked with him, I thought he had it out for me (for some reason).  Then, I found out later - it's not just me.
