Loud, obnoxious people who think it's okay to say whatever feel like and to anybody. No filters. People who won't take no for an answer and are completely insensitive to the fact that the other person might be having a hard day.
Agreed, along with those who think they know everything about everything. In actuality, they know nothing. This attributes to one person I encounter at the hockey games.
I usually wear an obscure hockey jersey to the games. Gets a few people staring...likely thinking....what the hell team is that? LOL This guy walks up to me, and comments that it's a waste of money, and what am I doing spending money on stuff like this.
Hey - it's MY money, and if I want to spend it on frivolous things like this, I will! **** off!
(I was thinking the last part, but I didn't say it.)
At a subsequent game, I was wearing a Max Jones jersey. He now plays for the Anaheim Ducks. He comes up to me, saying Jones is trash and is playing ECHL (2 steps below the NHL).
This was totally coincidental, but that night, who scored his first NHL goal?
Then, at the one intermission, he chirped one of my friends who was wearing a Steve Mason jersey. Well...Mason only rattled off close to 200 wins in the NHL.
I guess it was a matter of "What have you done for me lately?" with that guy.
Joker's Wilde
People can get really obnoxious when it comes to their beloved, precious sport team. I have no patience with these people. I live in Chicago and if I happen to get on the train and the Cubs are playing or if the game is over, the cars are rife with loud, drunk jerks. And God help you if their stupid team lost, because they become total assholes. I don't give two hoots for sports, anyway, but when you have to be around people who do care, violently, it is just too much. They should all be given 100 dollar citations for noise pollution.
