Having to repeat myself to somebody when they don’t hear me when I knew I said it as loud and clear as I possibly could.
That's usually to give them time to think up a response/excuse/defense.
If you aren't sure if your post is going to violate the ToS, just don't post it. Err on the side of caution and this forum will live a long and happy life.
