There was a time were he was ready to turn Tony Stark over to the authorities and friendship didn't matter saying broke the law.

So, let's applaud the MCU for embracing more complex adult themes, like moral ambiguity, civil disobedience, and superheroes who aren't just Saturday morning cartoon boy scouts.
