Tres amusant! Simple answer to a stupid question. To know what God does or doesn't think, there would have to be a God and especially one who 'thinks'. DUH! Since there is zero evidence of either phenomenon, you are wasting yours and everyone else's time with this stupidity.

I know your concept of God is limited, so I'll just say again, how do you know there is no intelligent creator? And why do think I or anyone should know how that intelligent creator created the material world?

Just because science hasn't yet discovered that 'mechanism' you referred to doesn't mean it doesn't exist and that an intelligent creator wouldn't know how to use it. If you think humanity is the most intelligent species in the entire cosmos, I would argue that a most intelligent species wouldn't be destroying its own planet.
