Did you know they had plans to do just that? It was in the early discussion stages, but there was interest in doing it from the producers. But Dushku said she'd already played Faith for five years and wanted to move on and do something different, so she turned it down and went to do Tru Calling instead.

Did you know that after "DOLLHOUSE" was canceled, she then said that she would be open to returning as 'Faith' again ?

I think the reason why it didn't happen was because at that point, Joss Whedon was involved with MARVEL and "THE AVENGERS".
