The Yankees would be wise to not do too much bitching about the strike three call to Sanchez. Wouldn't be a good look. Sanchez got away with that "foul tip", and the gods evened things out. Boone's first mistake was pulling Green early and putting a shaky Ottavino in there. The Yankees lost the game when Ottavino allow the first batter Springer HR to tie the game. I thought was texting my brother telling him that I feel the bullpen got to keep it at 1 run, and just as I press send, Springer HR. Why he let Green finish the inning when he was wheeling and dealing. When Ottavino finally get comfortable and strike out someone, Boone took him out.
