First, a disclaimer: this is a fun game but I would dread seeing an actual theatrical movie. What passes for sci-fi action these days is pretty much cookie cutter, for me. Scenarios are complied by a committee of men in suits who think they know what is Big B.O. I prefer my Doctor to remain quirky and individual. Second, although I have cast mainly Brit actors, there are some American actors as well. There is precedent so don’t have an attack of the vapors or anything. Good idea for a thread.

I have always been of the opinion that any DW movie should star the current Doctor on the BBC series, so that would be:
