Take away all the nonsense, JR was pretty darn good. Yeah, Steve was better, but I really do think had JR really focused (and stopped smoking the weed), JR is the best Smith in basketball. Even better than Kenny Smith whom someone above mentioned.
I knew someone might go with Ozzie over Lee Smith. I can't. Lee Smith was Mariano before there was Mariano. Ozzie was a TON of hype. Lee Smith was really great and no hype involved.
